Use the Spacing section of the formatting options to setup spaces rules for automatic code formatting. You can apply the following options:
Set spacing for declaration
Insert space for database object declarations
Select to insert a space between a database object name and opening parenthesis.
Insert space for routine declaration within argument list parenthesis
Select to insert a space between routine declaration opening parenthesis and an argument.
Insert space for routine declaration within empty argument list parenthesis
Select to insert a space within empty argument list parenthesis.
Set spacing for routine calls

Set spacing for delimiters

Select it to insert a space after a comma.
Insert space after dot
Select it to insert a space after a dot.
Insert space before comma

Set spacing for arithmetic operators
Insert spaces around binary operators
Select to insert spaces around binary operators.
Ignore spaces around binary operators
Select to ignore spaces around binary operators.
