I have enabled a feature to ignore comments to make it easier to compare, but Code Compare still highlighting files even there is no changes to codes. This still makes it hard to compare

Can you please fix it?

Code Compare stops comparing when it detects a file or folder that have too long name

It does not tell me which file/folder, it just says the path and/or the filename too long...

But I want to compare disassembled files for seurity analysis

Is there a way to skip them and continue comparing?
