I am sure that CoreLab.MySql.EnterpriseLibrary.dll has nothing to do with SSAS. Probably, you have changed something (restarted service, reopened VS, etc.) and this action did the trick. Actually, I had the same problems as you. But I haven't figured out yet what causes licensing problem. After one or two reinstalls of MyDirect .NET I got it to work.
We will investigate this problem deeply, but anyway MyDirect .NET does work with SSAS.

To deploy applications written with MyDirect .NET you should register run-time assemblies CoreLab.MySql.dll and CoreLab.Data.dll at Global Assembly Cache (GAC) for appropriate framework or place them in the folder of your application (Bin folder for web projects).
When deploying ASP.NET applications it is also necessary to have CoreLab.MySql.Web.dll and App_Licenses.dll assemblies available.
Another way to install the *.dll files needed is to launch setup program of MyDirect .NET and choose "compact" option. Note that according to End-User License Agreement this is the only install you can do on target machine.
