dotConnect for Oracle v5.6 not working in VS2010

I can't add a connection to an Oracle db via the Server Explorer:
All the fields in the dialog box throw "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".
In the Database Explorer the error is "Supported Providers not found".
I had the previous version working in VS2008 and have tried installing and re-installing 5.6 after cleaning "everything" I could find that referenced DevArt still no love.
I can use this version 5.6 in VS2008

Please specify the version of Visual Studio 2010 you are using (i.e., is it RTM, Release Candidate, or Beta 2) and the exact build of dotConnect for Oracle (5.60.120 or 5.60.124). Please note that the 5.60.120 build is not compatible with VS 2010 RTM, and the 5.60.124 build cannot be used with RC and Beta 2.
If this is not the case, please try attaching another Visual Studio instance to Visual Studio 2010 (Tools -> Attach to Process) and catching the exception. Please tell us its details and stack trace.

OK, I didn't know there was a new build for the RTM. I've download it and am attempting the install currently.
BTW, both the previous build (5.6.120) and this one (5.6.124) gives me warnings that I have the wrong version of .NET 4
It says I need v4.0.30128 or 4.0.21006 but I have 4.0.30319

The claimed errors should occur when installing or uninstalling the previous 5.60.120 build. Probably you are encountering them because the installation of version 5.60.124 launches uninstall of dotConnect for Oracle 5.60.120. If this is the case, the further installation of dotConnect for Oracle should be performed successfully.
Please tell us if dotConnect for Oracle was installed properly.
