Does the dotConnect for Oracle product work with:

VS2008 SP1 + Entity Framework + ADO.Net Data Services v1.5 CTP2

There is such support in case of the .edmx model.
Devart Entity model (.edml) experiences some problems with this CTP, we are investigating the situation.

We have fixed the problem with .edml in the latest build of dotConnects.
