Required package 'dclcrdbx70 not found

When I try to build a Delphi package containing a datamodule containing a TCRSQLConnection component, I get this error message from Delphi 7.

"Required package 'dclcrdbx70 not found"

What do I need to do to build my package?

Same problem to me.

I have a package and when I compile it it needs dclcrdbx70.dcp file but I have
only dclcrdbx70.bpl file.

What is the solution?
