Entity Developer for SQL Server Available to Help LINQ to SQL Users!
November 21, 2008
Devart is proud to present a new product called Entity Developer for SQL Server.
This is a powerful visual tool for creating LINQ to SQL entity models that
describe your business objects and their mapping to the database. Entity Developer
supports database reverse engineering, so you can start with LINQ to SQL in just
a few seconds.
One of the main features in Entity Developer for SQL Server is capability to
alter templates that are used to produce the C# or Visual Basic code. This allows you to
enrich functionality of entity model classes, thus effectively removing the
limits set by the standard Entity Designer.
Entity Developer does not require Visual Studio to function. There are two
editions of Entity Developer for SQL Server - Standard Edition and free
Express Edition with some limitations. For more information on Entity Developer
please visit its pages: www.devart.com/entitydeveloper/.
If you wish to provide feedback on the product, you can do it in the dedicated
forum or by
e-mail. There is also feedback form that you
can invoke from the product's Overview page.
We are always glad to hear your comments and take into account your development needs.
