dotConnect for SQLite 2.50 Available!

Devart Team is glad to announce a new version of dotConnect for SQLite. The new version 2.50 will greatly enhance product capabilities and improves LINQ to SQLite and Entity Framework support.

dotConnect for SQLite is enhanced with user-defined functions support. There are new classes in dotConnect for SQLite: SQLiteAggregateFunction, SQLiteScalarFunction, and SQLiteCollationFunction that ease the creating and registering of user-defined aggregate, scalar, and collation functions. They allow you to implement the deficient functions for SQLite or even overload standard SQLite functions with your own ones.

In LINQ to SQLite, dotConnect introduces support for DeleteOnNull association attribute.

In Entity Framework the performance for StartsWith, Contains and EndsWith methods was increased, support for EF Precision and Scale facets was added, and MS EDM Designer compatibility was improved.
