Compares each corresponding bit of a value of the first given DB2Int16 structure to the corresponding bit of a value of the second given DB2Int16 structure. If both bits are the same (both are 0's or both are 1's), the corresponding bit of the result value is set to 0. Otherwise, it sets the corresponding result value bit to 1.
