    Parameters

    szTimestamp
    The string to parse.
    precision
    An integer value between 0 and 12, determining the number of decimal places of precision.

    Return Value

    An DB2TimeStampOffset structure equal to the date represented by the specified System.String.
    Example
    The following example demonstrates usage of Parse method on a machine that has default Windows XP settings. If you have custom settings or use non-English version of the operating system you must change the format of value parameter.
    DB2TimeStampOffset newts = DB2TimeStampOffset.Parse("12/25/2005 3:40:15 PM");
    Dim newts As DB2TimeStampOffset = DB2TimeStampOffset.Parse("12/25/2005 3:40:15 PM")
