    In This Topic
    Gets or sets the name of the user to connect.
    Syntax
    'Declaration
     
    Public Property UserId As String
    public string UserId {get; set;}

    Property Value

    The name of the user to connect.
    Remarks
    When a value is assigned to this property, the OracleConnection is closed.

    Leave this property blank if you want to use Integrated Security connections (OS authentication). The Password property must be empty as well.

    Example
    The following example creates a OracleConnection and displays the user name.
