I sent this to [email protected] and haven't heard back for two days. Usually you guys are good about responding, so I'll try this.
I recently changed my AD password, and now get “Invalid Credentials” when logging into RA. I restarted the service, did Update from Active Directory” in RA, and nothing seemed to help. (all logged in as Admin). Finally, I deleted my account in the attempt to re-add it, but even though we have a 10 user license and there are 9 users, it says “Current license does not allow you to add more users.” Looking at the license page, I see three licenses:
1) Paid, 10 users, unlimited days, "The subscription does not extend to the current product version"
2) Trial, unlimited users, expired
3) Free, 3, unlimited
Does this mean we installed a server version not supported? If so what version does my license support? Why did it allow me to get into this situation? Should I have somehow deleted the other licenses? Please advise.

Re: Flooded with emails, timeout error ?
I updated the timeout in the settings.xml and things have quieted down.

Flooded with emails, timeout error ?
We turned on e-mail notifications today and were promptly flooded with hundreds of e-mails. Looking in the log, it appears the ReviewAssistant thinks it's a timesout, but we are definitely getting e-mails.
There are hundreds of these in the log:

Re: ActiveDirectory Invalid credentials
Thanks. I installed it and it set the service to Local System, and I can get in via Windows Auth.

Thanks, your support is great! That did it. Odd that it worked fine before.

Incompatible xml output with tortoise svn
I tried to Choose an Svn revision today and instead of getting a list of revisions, the Tortoise Svn splash screen pops up, then I get "Incompatible xml output" from RA.
This worked a few days ago while I was in the office. Today I am working from home and using a VPN. And my domain password was changed today. Svn works fine otherwise, just not from RA. In RA, I tried using both Windows and RA Auth accounts and both do the same thing.
I entered my new password in the "Connecting to SVN" dialog that gives the error message, and I also cleared credentials in RA, but still get the error.
Any ideas?

Re: ActiveDirectory Invalid credentials
Aha! After being acquired a year ago, our machines are in one domain, but we log into another one. I changed the RA service credentials to a domain account and it worked. Thanks again for the prompt response. (Other vendors we are evaluating are not so responsive.)

Re: ActiveDirectory Invalid credentials
Thanks for the prompt reply! Here's what I just tried again.
1. I'm logged in the box with my domain account.
2. I start VS 2012 as admin.
3. I go into RA options logged in as admin
4. Go to Users, Click Active Directory
5. Find myself and click OK, I now appear in the list
6. Click Connection->Disconnect
7. Change to Windows Authentication, click Connect
8. Instantly get a popup Connection error: Invalid credentials.

ActiveDirectory Invalid credentials
I am using a trial version, and tried to use AD. It came up nicely and I added users from the domain I'm logged in with. When I tried to log in with AD, Review Assistant says:
Connection error:
Invalid credentials.
I made sure the users I added are from the correct domain. Any ideas?
