Great! Any idea when that will be released/what the number will be, or how I can track the status of that issue?

New email notification chains not working
Greetings! I see the release notes for RA 4 include the text "In addition, now all the notifications on one review are combined into message chains." I just upgraded to 4.1.223 and I noticed that RA emails now include the SMTP header "references" with a unique value for each review; however, there is no "in-reply-to" header with the same value, so e.g. Outlook 2016 doesn't display the messages as a conversation. In effect the emails look nicer than older RA versions, but they are still completely unchained and unrelated to on-another and just jumble up the inbox like before. By way of comparison, github enterprise includes both the references and in-reply-to headers on every message--even the initial review, interestingly. When you tested this feature, what email client let you get away with only using the references header and not including in-reply-to?
RFC2822 (section 3.6.4, https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2822.txt ) includes details on how to implement these fields correctly--long story short this feature isn't going to work as planned without both headers. Is this a regression in RA 4.1.223? I didn't use any of the initial 4.x releases except this one and came right from 3.6 latest. We're extremely interested in seeing this feature in action because RA emails are just all over the place and difficult to follow, so we'd really appreciate some help understanding what's going on. Ideally this feature should allow any email client (that understands how to use those fields for threading) to chain all messages so you have one thread per review.
Thanks,
Jesse

Re: Single diff-tool window
Thanks a lot! I'll keep an eye out for the new version. I already have 3.6 setup with a trial license--do you anticipate me having any trouble upgrading to 4? The devs are already reviewing with it and there are ~30+ days left in our trial period.
Thanks,
Jesse

Re: Single diff-tool window
Is this still on schedule? I'm demoing the product at a new company this week and although I really like what you did with 4.0, I think the single comparison window is not going to be liked by many of the devs. I'm using 3.6 for now, unfortunately, but I'd like to show off 4.0 once it has the single window feature as an option.
Thanks,
Jesse
