Obtaining API Token

To obtain Zoho Authentication Token, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to Zoho CRM.
  2. Click Setup in the Settings tab on the right.

  3. In the Extension & APIs section, select APIs.
  4. When the CRM API page opens, click Settings > Authentication Token Generation.

  5. Now enter your Application Name (for example, "MailChimp") for which you want to generate Auth Token.

    Note:
    Application Name is required to easily identify the purpose of generating the Auth Token. It is used to differentiate Auth Token generation accross different applications.
