We are looking for an experienced and energetic Head of Sales to join the Devart Sales Team, who will contribute to increasing the productivity of our Sales Team by creating a corporate sales strategy and improving the existing sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an efficient outbound sales flow using multi-channel communication
- Engage in negotiations with key clients
- Create a long-term sales strategy for enterprise customers
- Manage the Devart Sales Team both strategically and operationally
- Develop and implement sales processes for TMetric from scratch
- Increase the level of automation across all sales processes
- Manage annual sales budgets efficiently
- Grow the sales team and coordinate the training process for employees of the Devart Sales Team
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Product Teams to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor, review, and report on all sales activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Organize a unified document management system for project workflow
- Create and deliver quarterly budget reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Head of Sales in IT companies
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies for IT products tailored to enterprise customers
- Solid understanding of sales concepts, including ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Sales Funnel
- Proficiency in utilizing key sales tools such as Reply.io, Expandi, Integromat, PhantomBuster, Albacross, etc.
- Proficiency in automating sales processes
- Advanced skills in drafting regulatory documents, coupled with strong analytical abilities
- Experience in using task-tracking systems (Jira and its equivalents) and knowledge bases (Confluence and similar platforms)
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and optimization, coupled with adept risk management skills
- Leadership skills, ability to organize and lead people
- English proficiency ranging from level B2 to C1
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, with proficiency in Zoho CRM being a significant advantage
- Systematic thinking and proactivity, coupled with a results-oriented mindset
- Independence, autonomy, a high degree of self-organization and flexibility
- Positive mindset and high energy levels
