The Connectivity team is looking for a Technical Writer for the Data Connectivity product line.
This role will involve writing articles press releases, documentation, researching technical issues, and creating and optimizing content for the website.
Responsibilities
- Create documentation for new products and update existing documentation
- Prepare new and renew existing product pages
- Provide detailed descriptions of new product features
- Implement SEO recommendations
- Write technical articles for the blog
- Create press releases for the release of new products or new versions of existing products
- Validate articles written by third-party authors
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of stylistic standards for describing software functionality and UI
- Proficiency and experience with HTML, CSS, Markdown, and XML
- Competence in working with version control systems
- Experience in writing technical documentation
- Active listening skills and providing feedback
- Ability to analyze information from various sources and integrate it into a unified whole
Nice to have
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (primarily German)
- Experience with documentation programs
- Skills in working with code editing programs
- Proficiency with API documentation
- Knowledge of Jira and a general understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
