The team works on a group of services in the field of urban transportation and logistics. Today, we already have millions of users and are very ambitious in regard to the development and growth of markets both in Ukraine and abroad. We provide our users with web and mobile versions of the product on the basis of heavy backend combined with a neat UI/UX. Moreover, we have our business operations, marketing, and customer support departments. Finally, we provide development models as our own product and SaaS for external markets.
Responsibilities
- Organize and hold regular team management meetings
- Make sure all the segments of the company have a relevant work plan
- Develop and maintain a consolidated work plan for the company
- Monitor the tasks and projects implementation, track spent resources and budgets by teams
- Keep the organizational structure of the company up-to-date and describe the key processes in each team
- Cooperate with the CEO to develop goals and strategies
- Substitute the CEO if needed
- Develop and state goals, objectives, and OKR projects, regularly monitor change tracking and implementation
- Implement risk management as a regular practice
- Review the existing system of metrics and KPIs, find the development and improvement opportunities together with the Head of the Business Unit and team leaders
- Monthly monitor and report metrics and KPI calculations
- Quarterly monitor metrics and KPI, look for anomalies
- Create a monthly analytical report on the team's work that includes KPI assessment, analysis of the current issues, and encountered anomalies
- Monthly reconcile financial report with CEO & CFO
- Monitor the labor costs of all teams and report any anomalies and deviations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in top-level management positions
- Experience in managing teams of 50+ specialists using modern methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- A degree in Management or MBA courses
- Experience with IT companies and IT products promotion, understanding of IT processes, being familiar with the software development process
- Experience with task trackers (Jira and similar)
- Experience with knowledge bases (Confluence and similar)
- Experience with goal-setting tools (SMART, creative brief, project passport)
- Experience with planning tools (GANTT, WBS)
- Being able to create structured agendas and summaries for meetings
- Basic management skills, active listening skills, and providing feedback depending on the level of the specialist
- Budgeting, expense control, and optimization skills
