Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a new financial strategy
- Develop accounting policies, regulations, and provisions related to financial discipline, internal control, and the establishment of business processes for the company
- Analyze and assess the financial performance of the company
- Establish and automate budgeting, control management accounting
- Perform financial planning, budgeting, and business planning
- Build and optimize the financial and legal structure of the company in foreign jurisdictions
- Interact with investors and external audit companies as part of the annual international audit
- Introduce and develop financial instruments, implement process automation
- Mentor and develop department employees, create a favorable working environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Head of Finance or in a similar role
- Experience in IT with complex technology products or with companies in foreign jurisdictions (with a large number of LLCs or PEs, various types of activities)
- A degree in economics, finance, or law
- Practical experience building financial models, budgeting, and planning processes
- Proficiency in drafting management reports for a group of enterprises (P&L, CF, Balance)
- Previous work experience in Big Four companies is welcome
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
Nice to have
- Experience in building processes from scratch (or a desire to build processes from scratch)
- Know the specifics of IT companies
- Experience with GAAP, IFRS
- Deep practical knowledge in the field of investments
