Devart is actively seeking a Head of Marketing to enhance the performance of Devart BU projects. This role involves crafting a robust marketing strategy and refining marketing processes to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop a long-term project marketing strategy with a focus on achieving B2B sales growth
- Manage the Devart BU Marketing Team strategically and operationally
- Take ownership of the business's reputation and recognition, which includes managing the brand, PR, and communications
- Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets
- Coordinate User Acquisition, SMM, SEO, Link Building, and Events processes
- Synchronize actions and projects with top management and stakeholders while closely collaborating with Sales and Products Teams to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze competitors and consistently review market and consumer trends
- Monitor, review, and provide reports on all marketing activities, outcomes, and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Establish a unified document management system for project-related tasks
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Head of Marketing/CMO within the B2B IT sector
- Experience in creating strategies for B2B IT products
- Expertise in PR, SMM, and User Acquisition
- Strong understanding of core concepts and tools related to Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, and internal communications
- Deep knowledge of the global IT industry, technology, and media business
- Exceptional understanding of the principle of launching and managing PR campaigns
- Proficiency in social media promotion across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and instant messengers
- Experience with goal-setting tools (SMART, creative brief, project passport) and planning tools (GANTT, WBS)
- Expertise in Risk Management, budgeting, control, and cost optimization techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to organize and lead people
- Fluency in English with a proficiency level ranging between B2 to C1
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Positive attitude, high energy level, and a good sense of humor
