• 5+ years of HR work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the key strategic HR positions (HR Generalist, HR Lead, Senior People Partner, HoHR)
  • Experience in developing basic HR processes
  • Skills to build a system of constant support for employees
  • Experience in developing employee motivation programs
  • Strong knowledge of methods and techniques for searching and evaluating candidates
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Jira, Confluence, Google, ATS, HRM
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Professional motivation and passion for work
  • Positive attitude, high energy level, sense of humor


  • Develop and implement an HR strategy for the company intensive growth and development
  • Create an organizational structure taking into account growth and scaling (JD, roles, areas of responsibility)
  • Conduct active recruiting, select candidates
  • Help new employees adapt according to the process; monitor their professional adaptation
  • Develop an employee retention program
  • Conduct 1-to-1 meetings with employees
  • Assist department heads in developing individual development plans for employees
