We invite a professional IT Researcher to join our exciting HR team who will help us fill vacancies for high-level specialists and take on projects to automate and optimize recruiting processes.

How we work

The recruiter has about 5-8 vacancies of various levels (from Junior to Architect), some of them are technical, some are non-technical (IMM, PPC, etc.). There might also be C-level vacancies. IT Researcher helps the recruiter to form a pool of candidates and accompanies all stages of the recruiting process.


  • 0.5+ years of experience as Researcher, Recruiter in an IT company
  • Knowledge of the basic tools for searching and attracting candidates
  • Ability to write messages to which it is impossible not to respond
  • Constant development and search for new channels for recruiting and attracting candidates
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently process large amounts of information without losing the main focus
  • Positive and open communication style, ability to build a trusting relationship
  • Literacy (Russian, Ukrainian, English)


  • Search for potential candidates according to the requirements of the vacancy
  • Create and keep a database of candidates up to date
  • Screen the resume against the expected skills and experience
  • First contact with the candidate
  • Assist in organizing interviews with the candidate
  • Train and develop the recruiting team
  • Participate in various HR projects
