Responsiblities

  • Workflow management of the recruitment department
  • Conducting job interviews
  • Systematization of the recruiting process
  • Job market monitoring and analysis
  • Staff requirements planning
  • Analysis of recruitment sources and methods
  • Recruitment effectiveness reporting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting of Senior/Lead employees
  • Ability to take care of 10+ vacancies simultaneously
  • Experience in working with LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, StackOverflow, AmazingHiring
  • Strong knowledge of key techniques of conducting job interviews
  • Active involvement in designated Skype and Telegram channels
  • Written English skills
  • Liability, proactivity, personal leadership, commitment to results
  • Motivation to train and improve
