Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of development and education program for employees
  • Carrying out the staff consistent evaluation
  • Monitoring of social and psychological climate within the staff
  • Participation in the development of the grading and motivation system
  • Participation in building up a corporate culture
  • Interior PR and setting up events
  • Planning of attendance of relevant events and result evaluation

Requirements

  • Experience in working as a People/Business Partner (or on a similar position)
  • Experience in the development of staff development and education
  • Written English communication skills

  • Sense of responsibility, proactivity, personal leadership, commitment to results
  • Well-developed active listening and conversation skills
  • Problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
