We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will join the Sales team of a stable, reliable product company, with a large number of products and diverse tasks.
- Processing incoming customer requests
- Lead scoring
- Researching information about Enterprise clients
- Decision support for selecting the right product, scenario, and subscription
- Building the system for email newsletters, follow up letters, and cross-sellings
- CRM system support.
- Basic understanding of the sales process
- Client-oriented approach
- Business correspondence skills
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts and master new skills quickly
- Intermediate level of English (or higher).
