We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will join the Sales team of a stable, reliable product company, with a large number of products and diverse tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming customer requests
  • Lead scoring
  • Researching information about Enterprise clients
  • Decision support for selecting the right product, scenario, and subscription
  • Building the system for email newsletters, follow up letters, and cross-sellings
  • CRM system support.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of the sales process
  • Client-oriented approach
  • Business correspondence skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and master new skills quickly
  • Intermediate level of English (or higher).

Nice to have:

  • CRM Experience
  • Work experience as a lead generator
  • Technical background.
