We are looking for a certified Scrum Master to join the team who work on our top-of-the-line dbForge Studio products, which are a line of the full-featured IDE for database development and administration.

The main tasks include maintaining and optimizing the scrum process in development teams (using LeSS). In addition, you need to track the progress of teams using the existing advanced system of collecting data on teamwork during sprints and make suggestions on increasing team productivity upon the data received.


  • Lead daily Scrum meetings, retrospective meetings, overall retrospective
  • Be responsible for leading Scrum practices and established processes in the team
  • Track sprint progress and notify the Software Development Manager about impediments
  • Take part in Sprint Planning to start a sprint, check estimates for all sprint tasks, and the maximum workload taking vacations into account
  • Track project status, deadlines, and tasks progress
  • Create relevant metrics based on the sprint result and deliver them to teams during a Retrospective meeting
  • Collect and process feedback about the issues, which the team faced during the sprint
  • Facilitate ongoing improvements together with the team in order to increase team performance
  • Lead training and presentations aimed at improving existing Scrum and Agile practices in the team


  • Relevant Certification (Scrum, Agile)
  • 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • 1+ years of experience in IT
  • English - Pre-Intermediate and higher
  • Knowledge of Scrum practices, active listening skills, and assistance in solving problems of team members
  • Ability to select the up-to-date information on the most relevant aspects of the organization's activities and choose the optimal distribution channels
  • Strong skills in working with task trackers (preferably Jira) to analyze team workload and monitor sprint progress
  • Knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks such as NEXUS, LeSS, SAFe
  • Experience in working with Confluence and similar tools
  • Skills of drafting structured agenda and summaries during meetings

Nice to have

  • Experience in a Project Manager role
