There is no way to support the Kotlin language in Code Compare standalone application. But you can post your suggestion at User Voice:
In VS 2019 you can not create review from the context menu of a work item editor of query result. We plan to add our integration to the Work Items and My Work panel in the future releases.
Yes of course, issue #R128201. You can track it in the revisions history https://www.devart.com/review-assistant ... story.html. This week we plan to publish release where we fixed integration to VS2019 and after it we will start new version.
