Our team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, whose primary focus will be promoting mobile applications of our product.
We expect an experienced and proactive specialist who will be responsible for developing, configuring, and monitoring the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns within the overall project strategy and performance
marketing ideology.

The team works on a group of services in the field of urban transportation and logistics. Currently, we have millions of users and aspire to significant development and market growth both within Ukraine and internationally. We offer our users web and mobile versions of our product, featuring a robust backend coupled with a sleek UI/UX design. Additionally, we have dedicated departments for business operations, marketing, and customer support. Finally, we offer development models as our proprietary product and provide SaaS solutions for external markets
Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize online advertising campaigns in both Google Ads and Apple Search Ads
- Manage advertising accounts along with analytics as needed (Google Analytics, cross-channel analytics)
- Search for advertising partners and analyze them
- Prepare and conduct A/B testing
- Write news for the blog
- Take part in the development of the website's appearance and content
- Optimize the text content of the website
- Work with Google Analytics and other analytical systems
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate reports
- Participate in budget planning and future advertising campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics (Firebase, Data Studio preferred)
- Proficiency in managing campaigns in Google Ads (Apple Search Ads preferred)
- Skills in developing content and media plans, directing budgets
- Project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Competence in creating and optimizing product funnels
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish connections easily
- Ability to build effective working relationships and provide feedback
- Attention to detail
- Initiative and proactivity

- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Experience in promoting mobile applications
