The Devart marketing team is looking for a Technical Content Writer to create new product pages, write informative and engaging technical articles based on given scenarios, and create scripts for product/promotional videos.
Responsibilities
- Update product pages with relevant information and engaging content
- Create new product pages to showcase the latest offerings and highlight key features
- Apply SEO recommendations to optimize product content for improved search engine visibility
- Write informative and engaging technical articles based on given scenarios
- Translate articles written by technical specialists to ensure effective communication with international audiences
- Ensure accuracy and quality standards of articles written by external authors
- Create scripts for product/promotional videos
- Write content for White Papers, Guides, and Tips pages
- Control the quality and timeliness of tasks on the content plan
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Technical Content Writer, or Technical Translator
- Proven experience in the IT industry (understanding its organizational structure, hierarchy, and areas of responsibility)
- Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Strong academic writing skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to write, edit, and correct various types of text with a keen eye for detail
- Active listening and feedback skills to effectively collaborate with subject matter experts
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Markdown to format and publish content
- Proficiency with WordPress for website content management
- Experience with Jira and a general understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of SEO
