Connect Microsoft Access to Google Sheets and access data

Accessing a Google Sheets database can be fast and seamless with an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) solution. Devart ODBC Driver for Google Sheets provides full interoperability and allows you to access live Google Sheets data. The driver enables you to retrieve, view, and modify Google Sheets data directly within Microsoft Access.

Step 1. Open a database

In Access, select Open to open an existing database, or select New > Blank database to create a new database.

Access main window showing the opened External Data tab with the expanded New Data Source submenu.

Step 3. Initiate data import

Select Import the source data into a new table in the current database, then click OK. Now, data are moved from Salesforce and stored in the Access database.
