Connect JMP to Zoho Desk and access data

Accessing a Zoho Desk database can be fast and seamless with an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) solution. Devart ODBC Driver for Zoho Desk provides full interoperability and allows you to access live Zoho Desk data. The driver enables you to retrieve, view, and modify Zoho Desk data directly within JMP.

Step 1. Connect to Zoho Desk

Install the ODBC Driver. In JMP, go to File  > Database  > Data Connectors  > New Connection. Select the ODBC Driver from the list and click Connect.

Step 2. Load Zoho Desk data

Select the necessary schema and table from that schema. Click Open Table to load all data or Query Builder to load a part of that data.

Step 3. Work with data

The data will be loaded into the JMP interface directly. You can work with it using the tools to analyze and visualize the information.

If you don't have an activation key yet, select Trial; if you've already purchased a license, select Activation Key and enter your key. Then, click Next. To complete the driver installation, click Finish.

Open ODBC Data Source Administrator

Click Start on the taskbar, type ODBC Data Sources, and select a matching result. The ODBC Data Source Administrator opens.

Add a data source (DSN)

Go to the User DSN or System DSN tab and click Add. Select the driver and click Finish.

On the General tab, enter a Data Source Name, Description, and other details required to connect to the data source.

Complete the configuration

Click Test Connection to make sure that all details are correct. Then, click OK to save the data source and complete the configuration.
