About the product

Skyvia is a versatile no-code SaaS cloud platform designed for data integration, automation, backup, management, and connectivity. It offers support for over 200+ connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.

Your future team of professionals

You will become part of a dynamic team where everyone is deeply passionate about the product. The team includes Head of Sales, 2 Customer Success Managers, a Sales Development Representative, and a Sales Manager. Each teammate's contribution to the product plays a pivotal role in driving growth and success among customers.

Your future challenges

You will be building up outbound lead generation strategies from scratch, with a unique opportunity to directly influence and shape processes, messaging, and overall strategy. This role offers high ownership and the ability to make a tangible impact on how the lead generation engine is built and scaled.

Responsibilities

This is a role with partial SDR coverage. The primary focus is on outbound pipeline generation; the secondary responsibility is to support selected inbound flows.

  • Conduct ICP and account research to identify target accounts, buyer personas, key triggers, and relevant use cases aligned with Skyvia's ideal customer profile
  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM data, and other research sources
  • Execute personalized multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new conversations and opportunities
  • Drive new pipelines by booking qualified discovery meetings and continuously testing messaging, segmentation, and outreach approaches to improve conversion rates
  • Manage selected inbound channels and ensure timely responses within agreed SLAs to avoid losing promising leads
  • Qualify and prioritize inbound leads by identifying business needs, technical requirements, urgency, and fit (MQL/SQL criteria)
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups, work with high-caliber leads, and identify relevant partnership or expansion opportunities
  • Keep Zoho CRM up to date with accurate information on activities, lead sources, scoring, notes, and next steps
  • Ensure the smooth transition of qualified leads to Sales Executives, providing clear context, use cases, and recommended next actions
  • Share insights on lead quality, objections, and messaging performance with Marketing and Product teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of lead generation experience in B2B SaaS or outsourcing/service IT businesses
  • Proven success in outbound lead generation
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Confident use of outbound prospecting tools and data sources (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, sequencing tools)
  • Ability to research ICP, personalize outreach, run multi-channel prospecting, and qualify opportunities through discovery; ability to turn cold prospects into warm leads is a must for this role
  • Strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and reporting skills, with the ability to balance outbound targets and inbound SLA execution
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
