We are looking for an experienced, energetic candidate for the position of Product Manager, who will be responsible for the development of a product and can coordinate the work in a cross-functional team.

The opportunity
TMetric is our 24/7 SaaS highly promising product, serving customers from all over the world. TMetric is a time tracking service for companies, agencies, individual consultants, and freelancers. Anyone who sells their time for money needs to keep accurate and simple time records for subsequent invoicing of their clients. The service includes a web application, browser extension, cross-platform desktop client, and mobile applications.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Product Manager in a SaaS company, preferably B2B
- Proven track record of successfully launching and/or scaling a product
- English - Upper Intermediate + (B2, C1, C2)
- Industry experience with B2B SaaS Product Management
- Experience with pricing strategy and/or pricing execution
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and Growth methodology
- Experience or training in Agile project management
- Demonstrated success leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Comprehensive product analytics skills covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion
- Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking, drive, and ability to solve problems
- Deep attention to detail, a passion for creating great customer experiences
- Ability to build positive and effective interactions with colleagues from different teams
- Strong verbal communication skills, presentations, "selling" ideas
Responsibilities
- Define a product lifecycle strategy based on market and business needs; drive alignment to the strategy and roadmap with key stakeholders across the sales, customer success, and technology organizations
- Manage a 1-2 year roadmap that is derived from the product strategy and architected to deliver on growth, profitability, and retention targets
- Develop and continuously refine the market expertise, which includes a deep understanding of how time-tracking products are used in the modern business environment, customer experience needs, competition, and emerging trends related to TMetric
- Partner closely with product marketing to ensure successful new product launches and refine go-to-market tools to position the sales team for success
- Strong understanding of market needs to ensure the development team is set up to successfully execute the product strategy
- Be accountable for revenue growth, retention, and profitability performance for your product portfolio
- Collaborate with the development team to provide the necessary level of scoping to ensure they can align resources to the strategic priorities
- Create and manage pricing and positioning strategies that facilitate an “easy to buy” customer experience and sales process
