We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work on our flagship product - TMetric. TMetric is a SaaS product that operates 24/7 and serves clients from all over the world. The service includes a web application, a browser extension, a cross-platform desktop client and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing strategies, current and promising development areas
- Build a profile of the target audience (TA): collect information from open sources, conduct research, focus groups, etc.
- Plan and participate in the launches of new products and releases
- Create a product development map together with the development team
- Present the product within the company and for external audiences (negotiations with clients, industry exhibitions, conferences, and meetups)
- Provide product pricing recommendations based on analysis
- Monitor and research product reviews from customers
- Develop and implement the product promotion strategy together with the Development, Marketing, PR, Sales, Partnership teams
- Investigate metrics and growth areas in various channels (product pages, social media, and events)
- Implement and improve plans to attract traffic and its conversion
- Develop, oversee, and optimize marketing budget expenses
- Manage the full cycle of production and placement of content for promotion
- Coordinate actions and implementation of projects with top management and stakeholders
- Establish a task pool for various teams in Jira based on developed plans
- Collaborate with the User Acquisition, PR, SMM, SEO, Link Building, and Event teams
- Support the Sales department by preparing the presentation of new products and developing tools and events to increase sales efficiency
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of promotions to stakeholders and the team
- Generate weekly operational marketing reports
- Organize and support a unified document flow system for working on projects
- Create a table of improvements within OKR
- Upload and update project plans, cases, and presentations in Confluence
Requirements
- 4+ year of experience as a Product Marketing Manager
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Skills in working with traffic channels (e-mail, SEO, AdWords, catalogs, etc)
- Expertise in promoting on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and messaging apps)
- Competence in segmentation, analysis, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and research
- Skills in content management both online and offline
- Proficiency with goal setting tools (SMART, creative brief, and project passport)
- Experience with planning tools such as Gantt and WBS
- Skills in budgeting, cost control, and optimization
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- High-level mastery of advertising analytics tools
- Understanding of basic UI/UX concepts
