Your future team of professionals
- Regional and city managers of OnTaxi who are building one of the most efficient regional ride-hailing services in the country
- A data-driven team that analyzes demand, supply, AR/CR, seasonality, and driver behavior on a daily basis
Your future challenges
- Formation and implementation of a regional business development strategy
- Implementation of OKRs and operational plans in cities
- Coordination of a team that comprises regional managers and driver managers
- Management of operational efficiency and service quality in the region
Responsibilities
- Plan monthly business activities in the region and coordinate them with the management
- Form a regional business development plan and monitor its implementation
- Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing activities
- Identify effective tools for service growth
- Manage the team: set tasks for regional managers and driver managers, monitor the implementation of these tasks and review results, and coordinate the activities of teams in cities
- Control operational processes (e.g., work with car fleets, car inspections, and affiliate programs)
- Analyze the effectiveness of regional managers by city, business and marketing activities, and dynamic pricing
- Analyze profitability by city
- Conduct the competitive analysis of special offers, bonus programs, and surcharges
- Initiate feedback-based product and service improvements
- Summarize the results of team meetings and deliver follow-ups for tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the transport, logistics, or service domain
- Experience in taxi services, ride-hailing, or fleet management will be an advantage
- Experience in team management and task distribution
- Strong analytical skills for work with large data sets, financial analysis, and spreadsheet-based reporting
- Confident use of MS 365/Google Docs and ClickUp/Jira (or similar systems)
- Understanding of the principles of ride-hailing services, search and launch of offline advertising activities, and interaction with taxi fleets and partners
- Ability to work under multitasking and rapid changes
- Relevant degree (e.g., Logistics, Transport, or Economics) will be an advantage
