You will work with driven marketers, operations managers, and a support team that quickly responds to any changes and focuses its attention and effort on creating the best possible experience for all OnTaxi users.
Your future challenges
You will attract new corporate clients to use OnTaxi services, highlighting the advantages of a corporate approach to transportation and delivery.
The impact you will make
- Identify the real business needs of clients and create tailored commercial proposals based on the advantages of the OnTaxi service
- Attract companies that need centralized organization of employee transportation, small cargo delivery, and cost control
- Build a high-quality lead pipeline through various channels: networking, cold and warm outreach, inbound requests, LinkedIn, and other sources
- Fully manage clients through the sales funnel and keep the interaction history in the CRM
- Choose the format and presentation of proposals according to the client's expectations and decision-making style
- Present the capabilities of the corporate dashboard, financial tools, loyalty programs, and service support
- Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and achieve win-win agreements
- Support clients at the start of the partnership: help with account setup, first rides, adding employees, and onboarding
- Collaborate with legal advisors to form contractual frameworks that consider the interests of both parties
The skills we are looking for
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the service industry, transportation, or online services
- Confident use of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, messengers, and social networks
- Understanding of corporate structures and basic financial literacy (budgets, expenses, optimization)
- Basic understanding of the legal aspects of B2B collaboration (contracts, addendums, approval of terms and conditions)
- Sales analytics skills: ability to work with the sales funnel and make data-driven conclusions and proposals
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to reach decision-makers and lead negotiations to deal closure
- Stress tolerance and independence in decision-making within your area of responsibility
- Technical literacy and confident navigation in the modern digital environment
