We have already achieved significant results, bringing our product into the TOP-3 ride-hailing services in Ukraine. We have many new ideas and big ambitions. That’s why we’re expanding our team.

Join the Digital Marketing and Communications team, where we create and implement effective marketing strategies and enhance audience engagement.

Currently, our team consists of 6 professionals in various areas of online marketing, focusing on the growth of digital communication channels.

Your future challenges

How you will impact the service

  • Build engagement with users on social media by managing comments, direct messages, forums, and community groups.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the social media content strategy and content plan.
  • Initiate and nurture organic discussions about the brand in relevant online communities.
  • Collaborate with influencers and opinion leaders to expand brand reach.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of online quizzes, giveaways, and interactive activities.
  • Optimize and improve the visual presentation and activity of the brand’s social media pages.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and communication efforts.
  • Support the analysis of sociological research to adapt content to user needs.
  • Drive the development of a positive brand image on social media.
  • Increase user loyalty and engagement with the brand.
  • Attract new passengers and drivers through high-quality communication.
  • Help the brand stand out from competitors through creative and unique approaches.

Skills that matter to us

Experience and market knowledge

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the ride-hailing or logistics industries.
  • Higher education, with a preference for a degree in marketing, journalism, or philology.

Social media work

  • Understanding of social media algorithms.
  • Customer-oriented communication with users.

Content creation

  • Skills in creating content for different channels.
  • Basic copywriting.

Analytics and reporting

  • Ability to analyze campaign results using analytical tools.
  • Basic skills in conducting sociological research.

Market and competitor analysis

  • Understanding methods for evaluating competitors and user needs.
  • Using insights to adapt strategy.

Soft skills

  • Creativity and the ability to find unconventional solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
