About the product

Connectivity is an enterprise B2B product line at the intersection of AI and corporate data infrastructure. It enables organizations to securely connect modern AI agents and LLM-based assistants to internal data sources—relational databases, data warehouses, and SaaS systems—while maintaining strict governance, access control, and auditability. The product is deployed on-premises within customers' infrastructure, which makes security, compliance, and administrator experience first-class concerns alongside end-user value.

Your future challenges

You will drive the development and continuous evolution of the product by shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT and security teams on the customer side, and the development team, ensuring that what we ship balances three perspectives: end-user usefulness, administrator control, and enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Understand product vision, business model, and platform architecture (devart.com and portals)
  • Gather and analyze user needs, support feedback, funnel data, and stakeholder input to inform product decisions
  • Define, refine, and own the roadmap and backlog for web-related systems, portals, identity, and checkout flows
  • Align product direction with business and revenue goals, identifying opportunities to improve monetization, UX, and platform scalability
  • Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, conduct backlog refinement, and prioritize features based on business value, dependencies, and risks
  • Support and drive Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives, and release management
  • Coordinate delivery with the Web, IT, and Presentation Content teams to ensure efficient execution, CI/CD collaboration, and shared ownership of performance metrics including Core Web Vitals
  • Lead large-scale release planning and manage delivery timelines across multiple systems
  • Support and lead collaboration across the Product, IT, Sales, Marketing, Support, Legal, and Finance teams, managing expectations and resolving cross-functional dependencies and conflicts
  • Conduct performance discussions, provide feedback, support team development, and participate in hiring, onboarding, and team scaling initiatives
  • Establish and support engineering best practices and collaboration standards together with the Head of Engineering
  • Monitor and analyze platform performance through traffic, conversion, behavioral metrics, KPI dashboards, A/B testing, and business impact analysis
  • Define and track KPIs for product areas and make data-driven recommendations and strategic decisions
  • Present roadmap updates, KPIs, and progress to stakeholders and participate in executive-level discussions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, or related technical roles
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, driving large-scale initiatives, and managing product roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Experience with platform-level, SaaS, or enterprise products; preferably data-intensive, integration-heavy, or database-related
  • Solid understanding of enterprise data infrastructure: relational databases, data warehouses, SaaS data sources, and basic SQL
  • Understanding of data governance, access control, and authentication models: RBAC, OAuth, API keys, and audit logging
  • Awareness of enterprise security and compliance considerations, including cloud/on-premises deployment models
  • Working knowledge of the AI ecosystem: LLM providers, AI assistants, agents, and external integrations
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing and prioritizing product backlogs
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern product delivery practices across the full SDLC
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization; financial acumen including ROI estimation and budgeting
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for admin consoles and configuration-heavy enterprise interfaces
  • Understanding of web architecture, APIs, identity and authentication systems, and frontend/backend performance fundamentals
  • Experience with platform modernization and third-party/vendor integration management (e.g., billing providers such as 2Checkout)
  • Degree in a technical field; advanced certifications in Product Leadership, Project Management, or Architecture will be a plus
