About the product

Skyvia is a versatile no-code SaaS cloud platform designed for data integration, automation, backup, management, and connectivity. It offers support for over 200+ connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.

Your future team of professionals

You will become part of a dynamic team where everyone is deeply passionate about the product. The team includes Head of Support, 3 Technical Support Engineers, and 2 Customer Support Engineers. Each teammate's contribution to the product plays a pivotal role in driving growth and success among customers.

Responsibilities

  • Find and resolve issues encountered by users
  • Reproduce problems described by users with different databases and applications
  • Recreate user scenarios to find the best solutions
  • Verify provided solutions
  • Provide complete and structured instructions to resolve issues
  • Research and explore third-party applications and tools
  • Communicate with Customer Support Engineers (Tier 1) to help resolve issues
  • Interact with the development team and QA

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of technical support principles and customer-centric communication
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken) for effective communication and documentation
  • Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), ETL processes, and cloud applications
  • Experience creating clear, well-structured bug reports
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
