About the product

Skyvia is a universal no-coding cloud platform for data integration, backup, management, and connectivity. Skyvia supports 150+ connectors, including major cloud apps (CRMs, Marketing tools, Support systems, Management, etc.), databases, and data warehouses.

Skyvia offers 5 products: Integration, Backup, Connect, Query, and Automation. Each product serves to solve a specific business task for customers. The Integration flagship product includes 6 integration scenarios, which can both solve individual technical issues and work together as a unit.


  • 1+ years of experience in Technical Support or a similar position
  • Good understanding of the Technical Support principles
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL


  • Correspond with customers through tickets in the Zoho Desk system.
  • Comply with corporate technical support rules when communicating with customers across various channels such as chats, calls, and tickets
  • Search for information on Skyvia resources (forum, Zoho Desk, Jira, Redmine, Confluence) and on the Internet
  • Efficiently solve customers' issues
  • Comply with the corporate Technical Support principles
  • Interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner
  • Interact with the developers and management in order to create complete responses to customers and test the products

Nice to have

  • Any development or testing experience
  • Fluency in spoken English
  • Understanding of written European languages (English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French)
  • Experience in conducting technical demos
