About the products
As an Analytics Team Lead, you will lead the transformation of the analytics across our three leading product lines:
- TMetric — a modern SaaS platform for payroll, billing & invoicing
- dbForge — a line of software products for database development and management, data analysis, and server administration
- Connectivity — world-class data connectivity solutions for a variety of technologies and frameworks
Your future challenges
- Architect the Single Source of Truth: Dismantle disjointed data silos across sales, marketing, and product; build a centralized, trusted data warehouse from scratch
- Drive revenue via product analytics: Transform product analytics for 4 projects into a growth engine by uncovering churn drivers, monetization bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve activation, retention, and LTV
- Establish financial and operational control: Implement automated P&L data collection and real-time KPI tracking to provide leadership with instant visibility into unit economics and ROI
- Shift the culture to data-driven decision-making: Mentor analysts and stakeholders to move from intuition-based to evidence-based decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience unifying marketing, sales, and billing data into a centralized data warehouse
- Strong background in end-to-end product and marketing analytics, including Lead-to-Money funnels
- Ability to design professional, standardized, and glanceable dashboards
- Experience establishing analytics governance, standards, and metrics glossaries
- Leadership experience with a strong focus on ROI-driven analytics
The skills we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS or product companies
- Higher education in a relevant field; analytics certifications are a plus
- Experience cleaning messy data and building a Single Source of Truth
- Expert-level SQL and strong data modeling skills
- Hands-on experience with dbt and BigQuery; experience with Python is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of unit economics and product metrics
- Experience with product analytics frameworks and BI tools
- Ability to design dashboards in Power BI and/or Looker
- Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher
