We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take on designing, implementing, and assessing the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns in terms of the overall project strategy and performance marketing ideology.

About the product

The team works on a group of services in the field of urban transportation and logistics. Today, we already have millions of users and are very ambitious in regard to the development and growth of markets both in Ukraine and abroad. We provide our users with web and mobile versions of the product on the basis of a heavy backend combined with a neat UI/UX. Moreover, we have our business operations, marketing, and customer support departments. Finally, we provide development models as our own product and SaaS for external markets.


  • Set up and optimize online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Apple Search Ads
  • Manage advertising accounts and social media alongside analytics (Google Analytics, cross-channel analytics)
  • Search for online advertising platforms and analyze them
  • Conduct experiments and tests to assess the effectiveness of the actions taken
  • Populate the blog with news articles
  • Develop the design and content of the website pages
  • Optimize the text content of the website
  • Develop collaboration programs with other brands
  • Work with Firebase, Data Studio, and Google Analytics
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and generate reports
  • Analyze algorithms and audience behavior
  • Build and adjust the product funnel, and create retargeting campaigns
  • Participate in budget planning and future advertising campaigns


  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience with Firebase, Data Studio, Google Analytics, and other analytics systems
  • Experience in managing campaigns using Google Ads, Apple Search Ads
  • Skills in developing content and media plans, directing budgets
  • Project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
  • Experience in product funnels creation and optimization
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish connections easily
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and provide feedback

Nice to have

  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
  • Experience in promoting mobile applications
  • Experience in the crowd and influencer marketing
