About the product

Skyvia is a versatile no-code SaaS cloud platform designed for data integration, automation, backup, management, and connectivity. It offers support for over 200 connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.

Your future challenges

Your role involves building and scaling a multi-channel demand generation engine beyond organic growth, strengthening cross-functional collaboration with Product and Sales, and balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution to drive pipeline and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitor analysis and continuously monitor market and consumer trends, presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy focused on driving revenue growth and pipeline generation
  • Own MQL targets and marketing-sourced pipeline in close collaboration with Sales and SDR teams
  • Drive performance across all marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, content, email/CRM, social media, and events
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including webinars, trade shows, and other events
  • Lead and scale the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimization
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Top Management to align the strategy and revenue goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, including ROI and quarterly budget reporting

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing in roles such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Lead
  • Proven track record of executing marketing strategies, scaling acquisition channels, and building sustainable organic growth engines
  • Experience owning MQL and pipeline targets, with direct responsibility for marketing performance
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling marketing teams (10+ people), hiring, training, and performance management
  • Deep expertise in product marketing strategy, including segmentation, ICP definition, competitor analysis, and customer research (interviews, surveys, focus groups)
  • Strong understanding of core marketing concepts: positioning, customer journey, sales funnel, key messaging, content and media planning, KPIs, and performance analysis
  • Proven experience launching and optimizing omnichannel campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), with a strong focus on conversion and ROI
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and web analytics (GA4, UTM attribution), with the ability to measure and optimize performance
  • Experience translating strategy into clear annual and quarterly marketing plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Familiarity with Online Reputation Management and strong understanding of the international IT and media landscape
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2-C1), with strong writing and editing skills
