We are looking for an experienced, energetic Head of Sales, who will lead the development of the sales department and take ownership of the revenue growth for the entire company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing IT-product company and help shape and scale the sales organization.

As Head of Sales, you will:

  • Drive sales, expand the customer base and generate new revenue
  • Develop and implement effective and scalable sales processes
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline
  • Hire, train and lead a high-performing Sales Team as the company grows
  • Deliver effective performance and KPI management
  • Develop the Pricing and Discount Strategy
  • Develop Channel Sales Program
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop and run regular Promotion Campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal Product Teams and provide feedback from the field
  • Provide input on the grows of the business

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales management, preference is given to inbound SaaS or Subscription sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and business plan goals
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing Sales Team
  • Ability to analyze and generalize sales data, generate ideas, provide comprehensive information for the management decision making
  • Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • Excellent in-person, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • General understanding of software development
  • Experience in both B2B/Enterprise and B2C Sales
  • Experience in Channel Sales
