We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to provide analytics for a complex product.
About the product
The team works on a group of services in the field of urban transportation and logistics. Today, we already have millions of users and are very ambitious in regard to the development and growth of markets both in Ukraine and abroad. We provide our users with web and mobile versions of the product on the basis of a heavy backend combined with a neat UI/UX. Moreover, we have our business operations, marketing, and customer support departments. Finally, we provide development models as our own product and SaaS for external markets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze fundamental product indicators, explore opportunities for improvement, and draw conclusions from the findings
- Create analytics dashboards for marketing and customer acquisition, allowing for analysis of the existing customer base by segment, balancing supply and demand, and more
- Provide customized analytical reports based on specific requests
- Conduct research on competitors, the market, and the target audience
- Work with users through focus groups, surveys, and usability testing
- Generate reports and recommendations based on research and analytics
- Come up with hypotheses and product initiatives based on research results
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, and their counterparts)
- Experience with analytical systems (Google Analytics)
- Professional experience with SQL and database tools
- Proficiency in the B2B SaaS market, growth methodology, SaaS metrics, pricing strategy, sales cycle, and support cycle
- Knowledge of conversion key factors and concepts, ability to measure indicators and capture targets
- Experience or training in Agile project management (Jira, Confluence, or similar tools)
- Ability to effectively communicate and justify ideas in both oral and written formats
- Excellent systemic and algorithmic thinking
