This is not the first time that the staff members of an educational institution address dbForge tools to help make their routine database management fast and simple, which, in turn, gives them an opportunity to dedicate more time and effort to their core tasks. Such is the story of Danijel Mlinarić, a Postdoctoral Researcher at FER, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb. Generation of SQL scripts on database objects
Using dbForge Studio, you can auto-generate DDL scripts for database objects of various types, including views, materialized views, functions, triggers, trigger functions, and stored procedures. To do that, right-click the required object in Database Explorer,
go to Generate Script As > CREATE, and then select whether you want to copy the script to clipboard,
save it to a file, or open it in a new SQL document.
