New Beta of dbForge Studio for Oracle, v.3.5!
September 6, 2013
We are ready to present you beta version of new dbForge
Studio for Oracle, v.3.5. We've finished working on the main features of
this release and now we need you, our users, to test them and
send us your comments and suggestions. We'll do our best to fix everything
you find and improve application usability and functionality.
PL/SQL code completion
This feature makes typing code easier, as it automatically suggests variants for
insertion. It would be great if you tried out this feature and told us if it is
fully functional. In case it gives some excess suggestions or does not give any
suggestions on your scripts, please tell us about it.
PL/SQL code formatting
Our code beautifier has a rich set of options to customize your code appearance.
To spare your time, we made a research to specify optimal default settings. Now
we ask you to check the usability of default settings, and also to tell us which
formatting options are missing and which statements our tool does not format, but
should. Check these settings at Tools → Options → Text Editor → Profiles
→ Edit Profile.
Table editor in dbForge Studio for Oracle was significantly improved. We'd like
to hear your comments and suggestions on its usability. We are eager to make it
more comfortable to use and more intuitive. Check Table editor by clicking Database
→ New Database Object → Table → Create.
You can download dbForge Studio for Oracle
Beta and try it out for free. We are looking forward to receiving your
comments and feedback.
