We are thrilled to announce an update to our Excel Add-ins, bringing expanded support for popular cloud services and databases. The release introduces new objects, fields, API capabilities, and authentication options for BigCommerce, FreshBooks, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Zoho CRM, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

What’s new
The release makes it easier to work with a wider range of business data directly in Excel while providing more flexibility for connecting to cloud services and databases. Users can access more of the data they need, work with current API capabilities, and use modern authentication and security options for their connections.
Expanded HubSpot support
The update significantly extends integration with HubSpot. Excel Add-in for HubSpot now supports OAuth v3 API endpoints and custom unique identifier properties that can be used as unique IDs.
The add-in also supports labeled associations, which are represented as separate objects with the _labels suffix. This makes it possible to work with association labels directly from Excel.
In addition, the release introduces support for HubSpot reports and adds the following objects:
- Appointments
- Courses
- FormSubmissions
- FeedbackSubmissions
- Leads
- Listings
- Services
- Subscriptions
A new Sensitive Data connection string parameter provides access to sensitive data fields when the connected HubSpot account has the required permissions.
New FreshBooks objects
Excel Add-in for FreshBooks now supports three additional objects:
- TeamMember
- TeamMemberRate
- ProjectTeamMemberRate
The new objects provide access to additional team and project rate information available through FreshBooks.
New NetSuite object
Excel Add-in for NetSuite adds support for the TransactionAccountingLines object in NetSuite API v2. Users can now access transaction accounting line data directly from Excel.
New QuickBooks Online fields
Excel Add-in for QuickBooks Online extends the Item object with two fields:
- PrefVendorRefId
- PrefVendorRefName
These fields provide access to preferred vendor information associated with items.
Extended Zoho CRM API v2 support
Excel Add-in for Zoho CRM now supports additional native data types available in Zoho CRM API v2:
- IMAGEUPLOAD
- LAYOUT
- LINETAX
- MODULE
- MULTIUSERLOOKUP
- ROLLUP_SUMMARY
- TERRITORIES
The update improves compatibility with Zoho CRM data structures and allows users to work with more field types directly in Excel.
Updated BigCommerce metadata
Excel Add-in for BigCommerce includes corrected maximum-length metadata for the CartId field in the following objects:
- CartCustomItems
- CartGiftCertificateItems
- CartLineItems
- CartMetafields
The correction ensures that the add-in handles CartId values according to the current BigCommerce metadata.
Improved SSH support for Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
Excel Add-ins for Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL now support PuTTY PPK3 keys for SSH connections. This extends compatibility with newer PuTTY private key files when establishing secure connections through SSH.
SCRAM-SHA-256-PLUS support for PostgreSQL
Excel Add-in for PostgreSQL adds support for the SCRAM-SHA-256-PLUS authentication mechanism. The new authentication option provides compatibility with PostgreSQL environments configured to use SCRAM authentication with channel binding.
With these updates, Devart Excel Add-ins provide broader access to cloud application data, improved compatibility with current APIs, and additional security options for database connections.
